This policy describes how your personal data is processed when you use the Shinko Vibe website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data controller
Personal data collected via the website is processed by the Shinko Vibe establishment — 30 Bd des Italiens, 75009 Paris — acting as data controller. Registration details will be completed upon receipt of the restaurant’s Kbis extract.
Data collected
This is a showcase website: it has no customer accounts and no online payment. The only data that may be collected is the data you voluntarily provide when making a booking or contacting us (name, phone number, email address, date and number of guests), as well as technical browsing data (see the Cookies section).
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used exclusively to manage bookings and respond to your requests (performance of pre-contractual measures), and to ensure the proper functioning and improvement of the website (legitimate interest). It is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties.
Data retention
Data related to bookings and contact requests is kept for as long as necessary to process them, then deleted within a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact.
Cookies
The website only uses technical cookies required for its operation and, where applicable, anonymized audience measurement provided by the host Framer. You can configure your browser at any time to block or delete cookies.
Your rights
